How do I use a shower steamer?
Unwrap one tablet and place it on the shower floor, away from the direct water stream and where you stand. Light splashes activate it. Adjust its position to find the aroma level you enjoy.
How long does a tablet last?
It depends on the water flow and placement. Keep it away from the direct stream so it dissolves gradually. Move it slightly closer for a stronger aroma.
Which set should I choose?

Are they made in Canada?
Yes. Our shower steamers are made in Canada with natural essential oils and no artificial colours.
Can I use these in the bathtub?
These are designed for aromatherapy in the shower, not for soaking or applying directly to skin. Follow the directions on your product packaging.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and the USA. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Delivery after dispatch: Canada 3–7 business days; USA 5–12 business days. Free shipping starts at CA$35 or US$35 after discounts; below that, standard shipping is CA$6.99 or US$6.99. No additional duties or import taxes are charged on delivery. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Try your shower steamers risk-free for 15 days from delivery. If they are not for you, for any reason, email info@zenandhearth.com with your order number and reason within that window and we will refund your purchase. You can try the product first; no return is required under this promise. A separate 30-day return option remains available for unused products in original condition.
