Shipping Policy

At Zen & Hearth, every shower steamer is made in Canada with care. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery Times
We currently ship within Canada and the USA.

Canada: 3–9 business days after your order ships.
USA: 5–12 business days after your order ships.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us — we're happy to help.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (USA Orders)
USA orders may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, or carrier fees depending on your location. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at info@zenandhearth.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes, but we'll help however we can.

Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control — severe weather, holidays, or carrier delays — can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will help track down any order that seems delayed.
